Getting out of debt and staying out of debt just isn’t my way of handling money, but it is Gods way of handling money. There are many Bible scriptures about money and the Bible is full of wisdom about our money and our finances.
Proverbs 22:7
The rich rule over the poor, and the borrower is servant to the lender.
It will take sacrifices and hard work to get out of debt but it will be worth it. Getting out of debt will give you security, reduce stress, improve your marriage (if you’re having financial tension in your relationship), and get you in a position so you can deal with money emergencies.
